Martha's Vineyard Vacation Rentals in Harthaven

Harthaven is a residential community of approximately sixty families and offers a variety of facilities for the enjoyment of its members and their guests and tenants. By being considerate of our neighbors and by abiding by the standing rules of the community, we each can do our part to keep Harthaven the pleasant and congenial community we all want it to be.

(d) A TENANT shall be defined as one who rents a Harthaven house and shall include a tenant’s family members residing in Harthaven. A tenant may use the facilities of Harthaven consistent with the rules and priorities pertaining to each facility.

Home owners will supply potential tenants with a copy of the standing rules.
